What motivates you to do this job?
Very cliché, but guiding people to work happiness. Work is such an important part of your life that I find it important that the people I guide start doing something they really enjoy. I also really enjoy being able to look behind the scenes at as many companies as possible and meet different people.
What are you proud of (in your work)?
That people whom I have mediated before contact me again years later for a job because the cooperation in the past has been so nice.
What do you like most about working at ENTER?
The flat and down-to-earth organization and colleagues. And of course the fact that I made several of my colleagues crawl under the table with foosball! (If you win 10-0 then the losing team has to crawl under the table)

Mother, Christmas lover and cheese hater.
