What do you do at ENTER? / What is your job position?
I am Business Manager Technology in Delft.
What motivates you to do this job?
I like to challenge myself and others to keep developing/learning. By stepping into a (for me) new world of high-tech, I do not stay in the beaten path and can seek this challenge. In addition, making a match between candidate and company always remains a thrill for all parties involved. This success never gets old.
What are you proud of (work-related)?
That I have found a profession where I enjoy, experience freedom and can look for challenges. This was a big question mark for me after I finished my studies a few years ago.
What do you like most about working at ENTER?
What struck me so far is that ENTER clearly wants to stick to its core values. I think this is positive because it makes a clear way of working. In addition, the colleagues are very helpful and I feel I am given the freedom to pursue success in my own way.
